On iPhone, the Apple Standard License Agreement (EULA) applies to Sleep On It. These terms apply to the Android version and add a few points for all users.

1. Provider

Sleep On It is provided by Lucas Schmid, c/o Online-Impressum 11685, Europaring 90, 53757 Sankt Augustin, Germany – support@getsleeponit.app.

2. What the app does

Sleep On It helps you avoid impulse purchases: wishes are locked for a waiting time and can be “bought” with a budget you set yourself. The piggy bank is play money that only keeps count – the app does not move, hold or manage real money, and it does not give financial advice.

3. Premium

• Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription (the yearly plan may include a free trial) or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
• Payment, billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your store account.
• If a free trial is offered and you don't cancel before it ends, the subscription starts and is charged.

4. Your data

Your content is stored on your device. Please use the backup function – we cannot restore data that was lost with a device. See the Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms when the app changes; the current version is on this page. German law applies; if you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
